The following terms and conditions apply to the "Gobble Up Extra Dough with TopBucks!" Promotion (hereafter the "Promotion"), which begins November 16, 2006 and concludes December 31, 2006. The Promotion shall be conducted by Cyberheat Inc. (hereafter "CHI") via CHI's TopBucks.com Advertising Affiliate Program (hereafter the "TopBucks Program").

Structure of the Promotion

For all eligible accounts (see "Eligible Account" below), for the duration of the Promotion, the TopBucks Program shall pay according to the following schedule:

Accounts set at $35 per sign up: An additional $15 per sale

Accounts set at $40 per sign up: An additional $10 per sale

Accounts set at $42 per sign up: An additional $8 per sale

referred on November 16, 2006 through December 31, 2006 to the following sites, VirginTeenLesbians.com, OrgySexParties.com and HotCampusTeens.com

The Promotion begins at 12:00am Pacific Standard Time on November 16, 2006 and concludes at 11:59pm on December 31, 2006.

Definition of "Eligible Accounts"

Only one account per individual or company shall be deemed eligible for the Promotion.

Only accounts being compensated on a "per signup" basis are eligible for the Promotion. Accounts being paid on a "recurring revenue share" basis are not eligible for the Promotion.

Any accounts that have been suspended or terminated from the Program for fraudulent activity, spamming or any other reason for termination are not eligible for the Promotion.

Dispersal of Bonus Payment

All eligible accounts/affiliates that meet the requirements of the Promotion shall have the applicable bonus amount added to their earnings for the pay period of November 16-30, 2006, December 1-15 2006 and December 16-31, 2006. The checks, wire transfers, direct deposits and ePassporte payments for the November 16-30, 2006 pay period will be sent out no later than December 7, 2006. Payments for the December 1-15, 2006 pay period will be sent out no later than December 22, 2006. Payments for the December 16-31, 2006 pay period will be sent out no later than January 5, 2007.
