When did you get started in the Adult Industry?

What are a few things you can say caught your attention or caused you to want to work in the Adult Industry?
Demand for porn outweighs supply of porn. Also, you can quickly see the results of your efforts, rather than having to wait for years to see how the market likes your products, you can quickly and inexpensively start making money.
With out divulging too much information, what is one of the things you would contribute to your success?
Try something, if it works, do more. If it doesn't work, try something else. Always keep trying new things, for example Rover's Reviews is our new review site project.
Could you list three things webmasters should always keep in mind when building a great websites?
1. View it from the point of view of an educated, time sensitive surfer.
2. Make sure you know where you want people to click, and then guide them to those areas.
3. Have your own unique flavor.

Who is the one person who inspires you? and why?
